It is important that each club is represented at this meeting, and attendance earns one competition point. Each Club is entitled to two "members" with voting rights. For clubs with more than one team, all team managers are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The 2023 AGM/Pre-Season Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday 15th February at the North Brisbane Salvation Army Church Hall, Cnr Handford and Roghan Roads, Taigum. Access to car park is via Lemke Road.
